  1. I spend a lot of time thinking about corks. I think there should be some sort of movement to preserve them instead of throwing them away. They are often tiny works of art, and much thought went into their design and manufacture, and it seems like such a waste to just relegate them to the trash.

    For me, when I’m out, I usually order Merlot, or the house red wine. Cheers!
